Total test time describes how quickly the course was completed. The Game Acceleration Profile provides additional information about acceleration, braking, turning and re-acceleration. A shorter total time does not by itself describe every aspect of change-of-direction performance.

This test uses smartphone motion sensors. Results may be affected by device model, sensor characteristics, phone placement and attachment stability. The 10 m distances are defined by the physical test course and cones, not measured by GPS. The test should therefore be used primarily for consistent repeated testing under the same conditions.
